Your email
If you ask for enrollment news or for Letters from SoulCity, we keep your email address to send you those messages, and for nothing else. Every message lets you stop them.
Before an address is added to a list, we email it a link to confirm that it is yours. Until it is confirmed, nothing else is sent.
If you write to us through the Contact page, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply to you.
Singing the HU
When you check in at 6:00 PM, we count your time zone and a random code your browser makes for itself. The code is scrambled before it is stored, so it cannot be traced back to you. This is how the world count works.
If you are signed in to My SoulCity, your check-in is also linked to your account.
Kept on your device
Your language choice and your count of days sung are saved in your own browser, on your device.
Films
Films play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and only load when you press play.
